Hi everyone, so I go to uni next year and figured this Christmas is the time to finally get my own laptop. I've decided on the 2013 MacBook air, so I pretty much ruled out gaming on it, as everyone knows Mac's aren't good for gaming. However I Googled what games it could run out of curiosity and found a list of games like Team Fortress 2, Skyrim and a few others at pretty high framerates. So I'm pretty excited to try it out, even if in the end all that runs properly is Minecraft.

But I have a few questions; first, can you use nexus mods on the Mac? I already own Skyrim on the ps3 and have played it to death, but mods make it look amazing. Do only a select few mods work?
Also, this is probably a stupid question, but can you get Steam on a Mac? If so, are all Steam games downloadable, or is there like a Mac section?
And finally, if Skyrim doesn't work or can't be modded, what about Oblivion? Can you get this on Steam, is it easy to mod?
Please don't tell me not to get a MacBook because they're shit for gaming - I was already aware of this and it isn't the reason I'm getting one, but if it is capable of running games that would be a great bonus.
